Use of Veyanta is available to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out here and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By registering you represent that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account on Veyanta. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use Veyanta lawfully and not to engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or misuse of our platform. Prohibited uses include impersonation, data scraping, and posting illegal content.

2Account Terms

3Service Description

Veyanta provides curated property search, market insights, and optional concierge services to assist with premium apartment selection in Singapore. Service features and availability may vary over time and by subscription tier.

We may modify, add, or remove features of the service. Significant changes will be communicated through the website or direct notifications prior to implementation when feasible.

While we strive for continuous availability, Veyanta may experience downtime for maintenance or unexpected outages. We aim to minimize disruption and restore services promptly.

4User Rules

Users must follow the following rules to maintain a positive, lawful community and to protect listing integrity and privacy.

• Provide accurate information when interacting with listings and representatives.
• Respect other users, agents, and property owners; harassment or discrimination is prohibited.
• Do not post spam, fraudulent listings, or promotional content without authorization.
• Do not attempt to harvest data from Veyanta through automated means.
• Use communication channels for legitimate property inquiries only.
• Comply with applicable laws and local regulations in all interactions.
• Report suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or suspicious activity to Veyanta promptly.

5User Content

You may provide content such as preferences, reviews, notes, or listing-related materials. You retain ownership of your user-generated content subject to the license below.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit any content you provide. Veyanta does not claim ownership of original content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant Veyanta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content to facilitate the service and promote listings as appropriate.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of user content and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or contain prohibited material.

Veyanta may remove or restrict access to user content that violates these Terms or is unlawful, without prior notice when required by law or safety concerns.

6Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Veyanta platform, branding, and proprietary tools belongs to Veyanta or its licensors. You may not use our activity or copyrighted materials without permission.

• Do not reproduce or distribute Veyanta proprietary content without authorization.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or data from the platform.
• Respect third-party intellectual property rights represented on the platform.

7Paid Services

Veyanta may offer premium features, subscription plans, or one-time paid services to enhance property search and access to exclusive listings.

Pricing for paid services will be presented before purchase. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and include relevant service terms.

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. By purchasing a service you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for applicable fees.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled according to the plan terms. You can manage subscriptions in your account settings or by contacting support.

Refunds for paid services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact Veyanta with transaction details and a description of the issue.

Cancellation terms vary by service. Some services may allow immediate cancellation with prorated refunds, while others are non-refundable after activation. Details appear at purchase.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to purchases of paid services. Veyanta may collect taxes where required by law.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veyanta and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Liability for direct damages is limited to a reasonable amount related to the fees paid for the service during the relevant period.

10Third-Party Services

Third-party listings, services, and links are provided for convenience. Veyanta does not control these parties and is not responsible for their practices, contracts, or performance. Your dealings with third parties are at your own risk.

11Termination

Either party may terminate service usage in accordance with these Terms. Veyanta may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security risk.

Upon termination, access to the platform and some user data may be removed. Certain records may be retained for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.

12Privacy

Veyanta processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

13Communications
